Just a little more than seven months and our talents, Anna-Lena Hatzold (SG), Julia Geschwind (SO), Carlo Mühlemann (BE), and Tobias Vetter (SG), will show their Geography skills and knowledge at an international level. If you have missed the article about their qualification at the Swiss finals of the Geography Olympiad 2018, give it a read.
After Beijing (2016) this is the second time an iGeo is held in China. This time: Hong Kong. The iGeo 2019 is organized by the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK). EdUHK was founded in 1994 and ranked 9th on the 2018 QS World University Rankings in the field of Education. The modern campus itself is worth a visit but our Geography talents can expect to discover a multifaceted city and making friends from all over the world.
The theme will be “Discovering a vibrant city for our smart future”.
